Bax uses GitHub OAuth with read-only access. We import repo metadata — names, descriptions, languages, commit activity, and config files for AI analysis. We never store your source code.
Yes. Bax works with public and private repos across personal accounts and organizations you have access to.
Two things. First, it reads your README and config files to generate a plain-English description and detect your tech stack. Second, it audits your dependencies against real-time package registry data to flag outdated or vulnerable packages.
We only request read-only access to repo metadata and config files like package.json. No source code is ever stored. All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
Anything. Vercel, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Supabase, Sentry, Google Cloud Console, AppsFlyer, Stripe, RevenueCat — or any custom URL. GitHub and Vercel are deep integrations that pull real data. Everything else is organized one-click links.
GitHub only for now. GitLab and Bitbucket support are on the roadmap.
